Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return & Exchange Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item or request an exchange. The return shipment must be sent back to us within this period.
Return Conditions
- Condition: All items must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with tags still attached.
- Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged or issued a discount code for a future purchase.
Return Costs
Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and country of return.
Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. If you've requested an exchange, we will prioritize this to complete the exchange as soon as possible.

Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email after your purchase. It’s a five-digit code. If you didn’t receive it, please contact customer service. -

What if I want to return an item after the 14-day period?
